Before your first booking, we hop on a quick video call. You meet your carer, we walk through your plants, and we confirm species-by-species which we're qualified for.
We agree visit dates and arrange secure key handover (in person, key safe, or smart lock). You receive a written care plan to approve.
Your carer arrives on time, follows the agreed care plan, and treats each plant by name. Hygiene protocols are followed between clients.
After every visit, you receive a photo of your plants on WhatsApp, along with a short note. Premium and Collection clients also get written reports.
Final visit includes a "ready for return" report. You walk in to plants that look as good — or better — than when you left.
